Herbalife is a helpfull way to enrich your daily diet with nutrients that are very difficult to get from classic food if you have no knowledge of where and how to find the right amount of nutrients from your groceries.

 

By choosing Herbalife as a supplement to your diet, there are additional recommendations that will help you balance your diet better. Often many of us, thanks to an accelerated lifestyle, eat once or twice a day. If you are eating your meals irregularly or taking large amount of calories through your diet and have no intention of making any changes to the way you consume your food or the type of food you consume, Herbalife may be of little or no use to you.

 

Here's a basic example - a diet plan with balanced meals, which is recommended to use when you start using Herbalife, to get the most out of your Herbalife products.

 

Here are some illustrated suggestions for healthy snacks and light dinners and examples of 20 grams of protein (how do they look on a plate) to make your meals easier to plan. If you follow these guidelines, you will easily achieve results and if you stick to it yoour whole life, it will be very easy to maintain your desired wight long-term.

For weight loss, it is recommended to use two replacement meals a day, in case you want to maintain your weight it is enough to replace one of your main meals with Formula 1 (and it is recommended to switch breakfast) and you should prepare your lunch and dinner in the same way (1/2 of the plate filled with different vegetables, 1/4 with protein and 1/4 with whole grains).

In the weight loss and maintenance program, 3 main meals and 2 small snacks are included, with 2 main meals being changed with 2 substitute meals (Formula 1) and it is up to you to fit them into your personal schedule.

 

  • BREAKFAST: The Herbalife program as its basis recommends Formula 1 shake as breakfast to properly start the day, full of good energy, vitamins, minerals and protein a meal that can satiate us for 2 to 3 hours.
  • SNACK: As soon as you get hungry, have one healthy snack before lunch: ex.fruit, nuts, greek yogurt, wholemeal crackers or protein chocolate
  • LUNCH: If you are at work, or on the road or in a place where you can not eat a good quality meal, take one Formula 1 shake again.
  • SNACK: To avoid overeating at dinner, choose another healthy snack in between meals.
  • DINNER: Prepare for dinner something light, like grilled meat and vegetables, and a handful of whole grains.
  • LATE SNACK: You can skip it but it is allowed if you get hungry before going to bed. Feel free to eat something based on protein like a cup of cottage cheese or plain yogurt, canned fish, hard boiled egg ect. (use the ideas for light snacks and dinners that we attached below)

Over a period of 1 to 3 months with this program, with or without physical activity aimed specifically at melting fat deposits, one can expect a healthy loss of weight and better energy throughout the day.

 

This example is also recommended for people who exercise in the morning so that physical activity can be accompanied by Formula 1 as a training recovery meal after training.

In the example for exercise trainees and people who need muscle gain, we always have 5 to 6 regular schedules during the day, so Formula 1 is used as breakfast and as a supplement to lunch and evening, ie as a meal for regeneration after training.

 

  • BREAKFAST: The Herbalife muscle mass program as its basis recommends the Formula 1 shake supplemented enhanced with the Formula 3 Protein Powder. With this kind of breakfast you can properly start the day, full of good energy, vitamins, minerals and proteins that can satiate you for 2 to 3 hours.
  • SNACK: A healthy snack is recommended before lunch: fruit, nuts, Greek yogurt, eggs, tuna, wholewheat crackers with a protein chocolate
  • LUNCH: If you had training for the morning, finish the training by taking Formula 1, and then prepare your lunch as following: 1/2 plate of vegetables, 1/4 protein and 1/4 of complex carbohydrates. If you have not trained in the morning but you are going to train in the afternoon, take the Formula 1 at least 1 hour after lunch.
  • SNACK: To avoid overeating at dinner, choose another healthy snack in between meals.
  • DINNER: If you are training in the afternoon, finish your training with Formula 1, it is also recommended, if you haven't trained in the afternoon but in the morning to take first Formula 1 and then prepare a dinner of 1/2 teaspoon vegetables, 1/4 protein and 1/4 of total carbohydrates.
  • LATE SNACK: You can skip it but it is allowed if you get hungry before going to bed. Feel free to eat something based on protein like a cup of cottage cheese or plain yogurt, canned fish, hard boiled egg ect. (use the ideas for light snacks and dinners that we attached below)

In this case, you should also choose your foods to be as nutritious as possible, not those rich in empty calories and you shoud have and intake of about 2500 to 2800 kcal daily. Over a period of 1 to 3 months in this program, with physical activity that targets muscle mass growth, one can expect healthy weight gain, better energy and much better recovery after training.

 

This example is recommended for people who train one to two times a day if you exercising in the morning or afternoon or both, accompany your physical activity by taking Formula 1 as a post-workout recovery after training.
