Our trainings are run by two licensed trainers and adapted to all ages, physical shapes and conditions.

How is it possible that the same program is tailored to everyone?

In short, at our Fit Camps we perform simple strengths exercises and cardio exercises that do not require fitness equipment. We also carry out circular trainings where occasionally we use a few training devices such as kettlebells, elastic belts, medical balls, dumbbells and suspension trainers. Each exercise is completely customizable to anyone and everybody work out in their own ability and pace, besides our coaches are trained professionally to give each person the attention they need and helpthem in performing the exercises properly. In a way, the same exercise can be performed by anyone with a few good advices, either at a different intensity or in a different form (tailored to the specific need, if there are some difficulties in performing the exercise). The coach always shows the exercises before starting and then follows the performance of each Fit Camp participant.

We have results, we have passion and we have a perfect concept, and our concept is 80% diet 20% training - why?

One hour of training is only 4% of our day and this days, we devote much more time to food and consuming it than to being active and train. Along with our trainings, we want to give people awareness of how important it is to lead a healthy and active way of life, and to maintain a balance between proper nutrition and training, and that we can not atone our food sins with trainings. We are teaching people how to achieve their desired results in a fun way, whether it is to achieve better fitness, mobility, more energy, the desired body shape, and how to maintain that result forever, 365 days a year!
