Nutrition Where it's Needed
HFF is a global non-profit organization working in communities around the world. This charitable wing is a big part of the Herbalife company: The Herbalife Nutrition Foundation provides healthy nutrition to children in need and this fits in well with Herbalife stated belief in social responsibility.
In 1998, Herbalife founder Mark Hughes built an orphanage in Brazil, named Casa Herbalife. Today we provide millions of dollars in funding to 160 orphanages, hospitals, schools, and organizations in more than 50 countries and serve nearly 100,000 children every year.
The Herbalife Family Foundation and its sister organization, the International Herbalife Family Foundation, are a charity dedicated to helping children, have donated more than $5 million to children's causes worldwide.
The Mission is Simple. HNF is committed to improving the lives of children in need. The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) is committed to improving the lives of children around the world by supporting charitable organizations that provide one of life’s most basic necessities, good nutrition.
Herbalife Family Foundation makes an impact around the world through the estabilishment of Casa Herbalife programs, and through financial donations to disaster relief. Funds raised. Funds raised in 2015 will support Casa Herbalife programs in 2016 and so on.
In 2007 the Herbalife Family Foundation established the HFF Humanitarian Award to recognize Herbalife Independent Distributors who exemplify the foundation's mission and, through their outstanding involvement and dedication, have made a significant contribution to changing lives though community service. The honoree is announced at the Herbalife Honors event.
In March of 2018, the company raised $1.8 million for charity intended on supporting all this homes that help children.
There are now 105 Casa Herbalife programs in 51 countries,
supporting over 121,000 children a day.

HFF Establishes Casa Herbalife Program in Croatia
Sep. 22, 2009 - The Herbalife Family Foundation has established a Casa Herbalife program at the Dom Tuskanac charity (Children and Youth Home) in Zagreb, Croatia, to help support the center to provide good nutrition to children.
The Children and Youth Home provides accommodation for children who suffer from moderate mental or learning disabilities which prevent them from staying with their families. The center has been caring for children for 64 years and currently accommodates 66 young people. One of the major tasks of the Home is to prepare the young people for independent life and work after they have completed their education and integration into the community.
This is the 45th Casa Herbalife program to be established worldwide. After an initial grant from HFF, local Herbalife independent distributors and employees support the program through volunteerism and volountarily fundraising for the children in the home.
Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) believes that the key to a successful life is a strong beginning with a healthy, balanced diet. Casa Herbalife programs help children get off to a great start by providing healthy meals and classes that teach budget-conscious families how to maintain a healthy diet.
