HERBALIFE MARKETING PLAN

There are FIVE possible income streams you can earn with “Herbalife”. Two of them are active incomes and three are passive.

✔ Retail Profit (from 25% to 50%)

Retail profit is the commission you receive simply by direct selling purchased Herbalife products on to others. As a new distributor, you will receive a minimum of 25% of the total sales, so if you sell $100 worth of products you will get $25. Depending on how many orders you place and how much stock you sell, the percentage level of commission you can take home rises. At Senior Consultant Level you will earn 35% and as Qualified Producer 42% of your total sales and as a Supervisor you qualify to have the guarantee to earn 50% of the total sales volume generated.

✔ Wholesale Profit (from 25% to 8%)

As a Distributor you are able to buy products at wholesale prices, and sell them on at a price of up to 25% more than what you paid for them. A Wholesale profit is the difference in discount prices between you and your downline members. So if you achieved the discount of 50% and your members have 25% discount, for every product your members purchase you get the difference of 25% payed to your account directly from Herbalife every 15th of the month, like clockwork. Both retail profit and wholesale profit constitute an ‘active’ income, in other words a source of income which you will only achieve by actively going out and selling the product directly. In other words if you or your members do not purchase and sell some products no money can be earned. This is in contrast to the bonuses you may receive later, which are referred to as ‘passive’ income.

✔ Royalty-Override Income (5% three lines deep)

The Royalty-Override income is paid every 20th of the month to every Supervisor who has other active Supervisors in his or her's downline, and allows them to earn from 1% to 5% commission on the personal sales of all other Supervisors in their downline, to three levels deep.

✔ Production Bonuses (from 2% to 7%)

If you are a successful Supervisor, you have the chance to progress up the ladder and join what’s called the Herbalife TAB (Top Achievers Business) Team, which contains three steps within it – the Global Expansion Team, the Millionaire’s Team, and the President’s Team. As a member of the TAB Team you will be eligible to receive the TAB Team Production Bonuses. The Production Bonus pays out between 2-7% (depending on the status) on your entire downline organization’s sales as many levels deep as your downline gets.

✔ Annual Bonuses (1%)

As a reward for outstanding performance, Top Achievers can qualify to earn an annual bonus of 1% of the entire company’s sales. Earnings are divided amongst all the qualifiers for this bonus.

Herbalife compensation plan is flexible, distributors have the choice of either earning a relatively small supplemental income, or going all out with the business in order to try and achieve higher levels of income. 

The average earnings vary around:

• for Supervisor levels are around 300$ to 700$
• for Active World Team levels 800$ to 1300$,
• for GET Team members from 1500$ to 3000$
• and for somebody reaching the Millionaire’s Team, for example, is around $80,000 per-year
• whilst someone in the President’s Team can expect to earn over $475,000 per-year
