NOTE: In some countries there is still no possibility for membership and some countries require you to visit the Herbalife distribution center to apply or your International Member Pack must be delivered to you by another Herbalife member and only then you can fill in the registration form by hand and mail it to Herbalife.

Online Application Process

Check if online registration is available in your country by visiting myherbalife and if you find on the front page a box with the text "Become a Member - Apply online" - like on the example in the images below you can continue with the application process.

If no such box is available or you don't want to fill in the applicatigon alone, please contact us.

If online registration is available, the process will take only a ten minutes.

When you start with the ONLINE sign-up process, please prepare all necessary for the application to go smoothly and fill out the application at once, as the login time will expire after 20 minutes of inactivity.

All fields in the application forms are required.

NOTE:
FILL THE APPLICATION THROUGH A PERSONAL COMPUTER (we reccomend to use Google Chrome), ON OTHER BROWSERS, TABLETS OR ON THE MOBILE PHONE THERE CAN BE DIFFICULTIES UPLOADING A PERSONAL DOCUMENT (if a personal document isn't required, you can fill out the application on any device).

REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION:

1. Name and Herbalife ID number - of the person to whom Herbalife Network you are joinig (your sponsor)

2. Your Personal Information (Name, Surname, Residence Address, E-mail, Contact Information)

3. A scanned personal document showing OIB (ready for upload to the web site, not always required, only needed in some coutries like Croatia ect.)

4. Debit or credit card with which you have already made online transactions (the only way to pay for membership is through a card, you will have other options and other payment methods for your orders after joining!) NOTE: If you have previously purchased a membership package from your sponsor, you can skip the step with online payment.
