As a coach I meet different clients, especially those who often "think they know it all" because they have read on the internet, in a magazine, or have "heard" from someone. Today there is so much information about fitness, that often people come to trainers with unrealistic expectations and just because of that, they easily give up exercise. In addition, they are not aware how much their diet is full of sugars and carbohydrates (empty calories), and because of them neither with the best will nor with the strongest training they can't solve those fatty deposits that make them despair.
People who opt for a personal trainer are more determined to change their way of life, and it is my job to design a program that is right for their needs, because they can not all train the same, nor should they have a unique diet regime. My personal trainer's job is to identify who needs what.

What is Hard Body?

The service makes a difference
Exercise is the best you can do for your physical and mental health, and proper exercise, tailored to your needs, lifestyle and goals, is rarely achievable if you are self-sufficient. At best, it requires extra effort, more discipline and self-indulgence, and the desire to learn in the worst case, you will spend a lot of money and time looking for and dropping out of a variety of fitness programs that you will not get results for unrealistic expectations and also a much higher chance of injury or waiver.
Often, a person who wants to lose weight quickly is expecting results after two training sessions, but that's a mistake. The good side of exercising with a personal trainer
Personal trainings are the best and fastest way to regain body shape and achieve the desired look. Exercise time intervals are fully adapted to your needs and capabilities, each exercise is fully engineered and supervised by an expert, and each training is designed in advance with respect to the individuality of each client.
Having a personal trainer, is not like a membership in the gym 20 or 30$ per month and come as many times as you want. Depending on your financial capabilities, you can arrange the weekly terms that best suits you and which you can financially monitor.
The trainings I conduct are always diverse and include always different muscle groups, so we do not stress and tire the same muscles. Muscles should in any case be rested when stressed by trainig, and in addition, the constant repetition of the same routine will not lead to progress because the body is rapidly adapting, so it should be surprised and shocked with constantly different and more difficult trainings.
One big truth I want to immediately point out if you are determined and ready to go for your own result is "do not give up at what price" because you only lose when you give up! Once you decide, do not change your decision and continue to practice, move, and engage in physical activity until you achieve the desired goal and learn to maintain it in the long run. Remember, when you decide to train with a personal trainer, you do not only pay for a personal trainer and an hour with him, you invest money into yourself, gain new knowledge and skills that will benefit you throughout your life. Your coach is only a person who has adopted what you're trying to adopt, before you and has decided to transfer his knowledge and experience to others.
Another question that we will almost certainly come to, if you decide to train with me and which is impossible to overcome when we talk about the exercise and diet regime that goes with it, are nutritional supplements.
Are nutritional supplements necessary for recreation?
In a way, the answer is no, but vitamins and minerals are not easy to get through the classic over-industrialized food and therefore nutritional supplements are welcomed.
The same applies to proteins, which should be introduced into the body every day, especially when we are more active and are more concerned with recreation, and as we grow older we need them even more. This is the first point I emphasize to clients who want to start exercising, especially women who often do not consume them enough and have a limited number of calories available and often spend them on other less important nutrients. Proteins are the only ones responsible for muscle recovery and growth. Without enough protein and vitamin in the diet, people often start training and after two to three weeks are prevented from continuing due to getting a sudden cold, illness or flu. Such situations occur because the body becomes exhausted with trainings and the diet is inadequate too low in nutrients in regard of the physical needs.
I have to also accentuate the importance of rest, which is very important for advancement in exercise because only during sleep (rem sleep) the muscles can be regenerated and can growg. During the transition to the new exercise / nutrition regime, it is advisable to avoid night outings and alcohol because they exhaust the body more than necessary.
